Assistant Manager

. In this key role, you'll work alongside the General Manager to support the daily execution of store procedures, ensure a clean and efficient work environment, and help drive a culture of excellence. You'll lead by example, hold the team to high standards, and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Support store operations, staffing, and shift management Ensure all team members are performing duties accurately and efficiently Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Uphold company systems and procedures with 100% integrity Foster a positive, customer-first atmosphere

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work a 40-hour week Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve team performance Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (bending, stooping) Willing to learn and make fast, accurate sandwiches Willing to complete a 1-week certification program following in-store training

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$35,000-$45,000+ annually (based on overtime and performance-based bonuses)
