We're looking for a strong leader with retail experience who is ready to step into a key role on our team. This person will support daily operations, drive high-level sales, and take on responsibilities beyond that of a stylist. You will open and close the store, help lead the team, and contribute across departments -- including sales, operations, buying, and marketing.

Role Responsibilities:



As an Assistant Manager, you'll take on both stylist and management responsibilities. Your days will be a mix of connecting with brides and leading store operations. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and take ownership of key aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the studio Taking bridal appointments and consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals Leading by example on the sales floor with professionalism and confidence Creating strong, trusting relationships with brides and guiding them through the entire experience Styling brides with gowns, accessories, and undergarments Providing exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone Supporting merchandise intake, gown receiving, and inventory tasks Helping maintain an organized, beautiful studio environment Coaching and supporting team members to meet goals and uphold standards Taking initiative to bring calm, order, and structure during busy or stressful moments Collaborating with operations, buying, and marketing departments as needed Efficiently using Mac products and studio software

This is a full-time position. Availability on

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
