Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant. Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive team environment. Train and develop new employees in kitchen management, food service protocols, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Collaborate with management on menu planning, catering options, and promotional events. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Experience in kitchen management and food service operations is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
