Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant with a focus on sales, profitability, Heartfelt Guest Service, coaching and developing people, and performance. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, the AMs provide support in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to drive key performance outcomes and typically assist in leading a team of Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Open availability - ability to work weekends and some nights required Cash handling skills required Top notch customer service skills Ability to lead and develop a strong team Servsafe Requierd 50+ hours a week minimum required Must have own vehicle to commute with valid driver license
