Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a

motivated and experienced Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the daily operations of the service center, ensuring high-quality oil changes and preventative maintenance services. Supervise and train team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Ensure all services are performed to company standards and in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Support inventory management by monitoring supply levels and assisting with ordering parts and products. Oversee cash handling procedures, daily reports, and financial accuracy at the service center. Provide leadership during shifts, ensuring productivity, professionalism, and a positive team environment. Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through fast, friendly, and reliable service. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, controlling costs, and implementing company initiatives. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members. Proven experience with cash handling, reporting, and POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety. Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
