We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza 9701 in Buckhannon, WV. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant Supervise and train staff members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service Maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
