The ideal candidate must align with the culture and values of the brand while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

CAFE MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Monitors sales growth and cost control of the cafe against the budgeted expectation and historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met. ? Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty. ? Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards. ? Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines. ? Builds cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS ? Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required. ? Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees. ? Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service. ? Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house and back of the house. ? Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor. ? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. ? Effective verbal and written communication skills.
