Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours. Utilize POS systems for transactions and cash handling while maintaining accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct regular assessments of store performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager with supervisory experience. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. Proficiency in retail math and understanding of inventory control processes. Experience with training & development initiatives to nurture employee growth. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional activities within the retail sector. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams towards achieving sales goals. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and customer service best practices.
