Assistant Managers

to join their True Blue Crew in Bettendorf, IA.

What you'll do:

Run shifts efficiently ensuring excellent guest service and cleanliness Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant positions Coach team on company and food safety standards Maintain adequate team levels to meet labor cost standards Ensure quality products are served promptly Delegate cleaning tasks and ensure product rotation Cross-train team effectively Observe daily inventory levels Ensure completion of Quality Control Checklist and First In-First Out product rotation

Qualifications:

A genuine smile! 1+ year managerial experience preferred Strong decision-making and communication skills Dependability ServSafe Managerial Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Stand for long periods without sitting Walk fast-paced, bend, reach, and stoop Lift/carry varying weights
