Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in helping the store run smoothly and successfully. You'll support day-to-day operations, guide and coach your team, and ensure customers always have a top-notch experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead store operations when the Store Manager is off-site Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and properly staffed Support training and compliance in areas such as food safety, age-restricted sales, and company policies Help recruit, hire, and onboard new team members Maintain store schedules, promotions, and merchandising displays Oversee vendor relationships, fuel pricing, and daily paperwork Assist in monitoring financial goals and store performance Contribute to a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere--for employees and customers alike!

What You Bring to the Table:

Associate's degree or similar experience (retail or customer service background is a plus!) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to get Serve Safe and Tank Smart certified (we'll support you!) A positive attitude and a desire to help your team succeed
