We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 2548 Highway 10 NE in Mounds View, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals
Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
Handle cash management and daily financial reporting
Hourly is $15-20/ hr DOE
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficiency in time management and multitasking
Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive experiences
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
