Corcoran Jennison is seeking a skilled and motivated

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

to support daily maintenance operations at one of our residential communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to grow into a leadership role with a respected, long-standing property management company.

What You'll Do:

Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and project oversight Help prioritize work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers Coordinate vendors, inspections, and safety compliance Assist with training, mentoring, and supervising maintenance staff Step into a leadership role during emergencies or in the Supervisor's absence Participate in on-call rotations, snow removal, and seasonal work

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances Strong communication and teamwork skills Leadership mindset and willingness to grow OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
