Thompson's Point is hiring a full-time
Assistant Maintenance Specialist
($25/hr) to help keep our event spaces, buildings, and groundssafe, clean, and event-ready

, no two days look the same. This is an active, hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems and being part of a hardworking team.What You'll Do
Maintain buildings and grounds: cleaning, basic repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep Set up and break down spaces for concerts, markets, weddings, and other events Support the facilities and events teams during live events with quick problem-solving and flexibility Lift, move, and carry equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs), often during long shifts on your feet Think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to meet the needs of the team and our guests
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in facilities, custodial, or maintenance work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as with a team Flexible schedule -- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a must in our event-driven environment
