Job Opportunity: Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher at Montessori School

Location:

Douglas, Wyoming

Position:

Assistant Teacher

Type:

Part-Time (5 mornings per week) or Full Time M-F 8:30-4:30 pm

Hours:

20-30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours. Weekends off, and holiday breaks.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy (a belief in its principles is essential) Ability to pass a background check Willingness to undergo necessary training Reliable transportation First aid certification Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with others A genuine love for children and joy in their success

Responsibilities:

Assisting the lead teacher in daily activities and lessons Supporting children's learning and development Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff Flexibility to help where it is needed
