We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Greenhouse Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our operations. As the Assistant Greenhouse Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing retail staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Duties

Supervise and mentor retail staff to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company policies. Ensure accurate time management for all team members. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and handling of cash. Lead sales management initiatives to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies. Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand. Ensure staff is knowledgeable about the latest products and services. Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure optimal staffing during peak hours.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in training development to foster employee growth and retention. Familiarity with cash register systems and financial transactions. Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
