What You Will Do:

Operate and maintain all golf course equipment like a pro (because broken mowers don't make for happy golfers). Manage turf and grounds care, including spraying and fertilizing-keeping those fairways lush and playable. Oversee the daily work of grounds crew staff, inspecting course conditions and guiding the team to perfection. Assist with overall golf course operations and maintenance planning. Jump in wherever needed to help deliver a top-tier guest experience (we're a team-first kind of place).

What We Are Looking For:

1+ year of experience in golf course maintenance - You know your greens from your roughs and how to keep them thriving. Working knowledge of maintaining tees, fairways, and greens - Healthy turf is the foundation of a great round. Turf management experience or education (preferred) - Gives you an edge in managing soil, grass, and everything in between. High school diploma or equivalent - The basics matter when building a career on the course.
