Our goal is to be one of the premier campground operators in the country offering exceptional customer service while providing families the opportunity to create memories around the campfire.Property BackgroundThe Williams/Circle Pines KOA is an outdoor campground destination located in beautiful Northern Arizona about an hour from the Grand Canyon. We are a year-round park with approximately 200 sites offering of a mix of camping styles including RVs, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, Eco-tents & tents. We are open year-round with a high season running mid-April through mid-October and offer a wide range of recreation with a Go-Kart Track, jumping pillows & mini golf as well as on-site food service. We cater to short-term campers and focus on creating a great camping experience for our guests by offering excellent customer service.Working hours:\xc2\xb7 Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 40/week\xc2\xb7 Salaried - $48,000-$56,000, on-site housing available and included\xc2\xb7 Daily hours to compliment the General Manager\'s schedule\xc2\xb7 Schedule to overlap with GM 3 days/week\xc2\xb7 Work 2-3 shifts per week, includes some eveningsAdministrative tasks:\xc2\xb7 Work with GM to coordinate staff meetingso Coordinate agenda for the GMo Send reminders for meetingo Follow up on task assignments\xc2\xb7 Meet with GM individually once per week\xc2\xb7 Help disseminate information on project plans, policy changes and other information from GM and KEI\xc2\xb7 Assist with setting the daily/weekly scheduling and approvals of all staff\xc2\xb7 Schedule Safety/other trainings for staff\xc2\xb7 Review/approval of monthly expense reports as neededManagement Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Main areas of focus are campground occupancy, scheduling, employee staffing and problem solving\xc2\xb7 Assist with the recruitment and hiring of staff\xc2\xb7 Assist with the orientation and training of new hires\xc2\xb7 Continual development of staff\xc2\xb7 Assist with employee disciplinary actions as needed\xc2\xb7 Assist with bi-annual or quarterly employee reviews as needed\xc2\xb7 Lead Recreation Program efforts\xc2\xb7 Work with GM/KEI Marketing to assist with managing posting of weekly activities schedules\xc2\xb7 Follow up on HR tasks\xc2\xb7 Act as on-site decision maker when the GM is not present\xc2\xb7 Have knowledge of all job duties for the campground\xc2\xb7 Primary responsibility for resolution of Customer Service issues/complaints\xc2\xb7 Adheres to company purchasing policy\xc2\xb7 Will be assigned monitoring Night Security phone at least 4 nights/week Requirements:Skills Required\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet applications\xc2\xb7 Two-year management experience in Tourism/Hospitality\xc2\xb7 Associates degree or higher\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in staff training\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift 50lbs\xc2\xb7 Sit/Stand for long period of time\xc2\xb7 Hold a valid Driver\'s licensePreferred Skills\xc2\xb7 Bi-lingual is valued\xc2\xb7 Organized\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal communication skillsPM21PI45c011137d1d-8722-34138501
