As an

Assistant General Manager

you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain product quality and availability at all times. Knowledge of all menu items and applications. Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms - neat and clean. Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a "perfect dining experience." Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item. Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment. Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
