The Opportunity

My Fit Foods is seeking an

Assistant General Manager

who thrives on

discipline, ownership, and results

. You'll be on the front line leading daily execution, developing your team, and partnering with one of the

to build a world-class operation.

What You'll do

Foster My Fit Foods elite team culture Set an example in your own individual performance Lead by example on the floor presence, effort, energy Support the GM in daily execution, hiring, training, and team development Deliver exceptional customer service and help others reach that standard Run opening and closing shifts with full leadership responsibility Own operational routines: inventory, food safety cleanliness, and scheduling Execute local marketing and grassroots outreach Train new hires and help set clear expectations for success team members to be elite leaders through 1-on-1's (Training gets the TM up to standard, development is continuing education.) Participate in weekly leadership meetings and provide updates on team performance Partner directly with executive leadership and receive hands-on coaching.
