Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Assistant General Manager

to oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining compliance with gaming and restaurant policies. The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, optimizing service efficiency, and supporting gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Customer Service:



Oversee daily restaurant and gaming operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally. Support the General Manager in maintaining high-quality food, beverage, and gaming experiences. Monitor activities to ensure an engaging and responsible gaming environment.

Staff Supervision & Training:



Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members. Supervise and mentor employees, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Gaming & Compliance:



Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal gaming regulations, including ID verification and responsible gaming practices. Assist in jackpot payouts, tracking machine performance, and troubleshooting minor gaming issues. Maintain a working knowledge of gaming machines, promotions, and customer rewards programs.

Financial & Inventory Management:



Assist with cash handling, daily reconciliations, and reporting. Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures. Monitor sales and gaming revenue to identify opportunities for increased profitability.

Health & Safety Compliance:



Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards for both restaurant and gaming operations. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, gaming, or hospitality setting.

Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of gaming operations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and financial reporting. Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
