Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily front- and back-of-house operations
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and coach staff to uphold fine dining expectations
Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor control, and cash handling
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Step into the General Manager role as needed
Qualifications
2-5 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or upscale preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hospitality service standards and team development
Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
