Position Summary:
Our Operations Manager is an extension of the GM. They help set the standard for the entire operation.
Job Duties:
Manages and oversees entire restaurant operation alongside General Manager
Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
Responds quickly and compassionately to customer questions and concerns
Maintains staffing pars. Interview and hire accordingly in conjunction with GM
Manages restaurant supplies and submits orders to GM to maintain pars
Nurture a positive work environment
Monitors staff performance
Educates self with full understanding of all food and beverage products
Works in conjunction with beverage manager to create and maintain continuing product education
Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
Must have SNHD Food Handlers card up to date
Must have TAM card up to date
Oversees uniform, smallware, and glassware inventories
Weekly P&L Review
Maintain a clean work environment that exceed health code standards
All other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Candidate must have at least 3 years prior experience
Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, E-Mail
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be a team leader, player, and have a positive attitude
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays
