Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in shop management and customer service. This role involves supporting the General Manager in managing staff, ensuring safety standards, controlling inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant General Manager will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily shop operations, including supervising staff and ensuring efficient shift management Oversee quality control to meet company standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to reduce waste Support budgeting activities and assist in financial reporting to optimize profitability Maintain high levels of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Proven management experience including assistant manager or supervisory roles Extensive knowledge of shop operations, safety standards and management Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, handle budgeting tasks, and ensure operational efficiency

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
