Westmark Fairbanks Hotel is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support daily operations of a high-volume hotel. This role partners with the General Manager to lead teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold Hilton brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day hotel operations across departments Supervise, coach, and assist with scheduling hotel staff Resolve guest concerns and ensure service recovery Ensure brand standards, policies, and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications:
2+ years hotel supervisory or management experience Strong leadership, guest-service, and communication skills Experience in a large or branded hotel preferred Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Customer service-driven attitude Team-building and coaching experience Cash handling or budgeting experience Familiarity with operational metrics and KPIs
