This roleassumes full responsibility for the store operation, both front of house and kitchen, in a specific time period / segment that they are assigned to at the point of hiring. An Assistant Manager will be responsible for the segment of the day, opposite that of the General Manager (for example, GM working Day shift and Asst. Manager working night shift).

- Abide by Handbook Parameters (uniform / service / attitude/ etc...)
- Signed Statement of Availability
- Available 2 Saturdays per month or more
- Demonstrated knowledge of every position in the restaurant within 2 months of hire
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise.
Experience in managing quick service & fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments including kitchen management and food production.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, staff training & development, and supervising diverse teams.
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis effectively.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Background in culinary arts or culinary experience is preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
Capable of managing multiple responsibilities including shift management, food service operations, and event coordination.
