Duties



Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management Supervise daily shift activities to ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety standards Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, cooking, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service excellence Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations for team members to build a motivated workforce Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas

Skills



Extensive experience in food service management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership skills in team management and staff training Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, budgeting, and food production techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Strong organizational skills for shift management, kitchen operations, and food handling procedures Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with a focus on culinary excellence and operational efficiency
