Assistant General Manager - :

We are a Northwest Arkansas restaurant group looking for an Assistant General Manager who's ready to step in, lead with confidence, and help drive one of our restaurant concepts forward. This role calls for someone who can support the vision, build strong systems, and develop a high-performing team--while consistently delivering exceptional execution and guest experiences.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in running all daily operations for a single Good Gravy Group location. This role helps drive strong financial performance, high guest satisfaction, and consistent operational standards. The AGM leads shifts, coaches managers and team members, and reinforces company culture. They also serve as second-in-command, ready to take full responsibility when the GM is away.

Responsibilities Include

Support the GM in leading, training, and coaching FOH/BOH teams while fostering a positive and motivating workplace culture. Lead meetings, resolve conflicts professionally, and serve as acting GM when needed. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Support menu rollouts, staff training, and operational initiatives while addressing issues promptly. Assist the GM with financial management, including budgets, labor, COGS, and expense control, reviewing reports and implementing corrective actions. Support scheduling, payroll, inventory, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations. Lead on the floor to ensure a welcoming, consistent, and high-quality guest experience, resolving issues professionally. Support local marketing and community engagement to build goodwill, brand presence, and drive traffic. Ensure staff are trained and certified, consistently uphold company policies and standards, and model professionalism, ethical leadership, and respect.

We provide full-service management, culinary inspiration, and concept development to current and future portfolio companies. We started as a single concept on the Downtown Bentonville square and have grown to six unique restaurants and one ice cream joint. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
