Job Summary: Assistant General Manager (Cannabis Retail)

We're hiring a

full-time Assistant General Manager

who brings all the strengths of a great budtender--hospitality, product confidence, speed, compliance, and sales mindset--but is primarily focused on

backend operations

that keep the store running smoothly.

Working hours expectation: 40-50+ hours per week

(including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).

This role is for someone who leads through the

--while owning execution in

Blaze POS, inventory, intake, ordering, promotions, and labor support

. You'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team, with

clear growth opportunities

into expanded responsibility over time.

Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit prior to starting.

What We're Looking For

Retail leadership experience (cannabis/retail/hospitality preferred) with strong accuracy under pressure Strong tech comfort;
