Job Description

We are currently accepting resumes for a Front of House Assistant to the General Manager position for our Parker John's locations in Appleton .


Previous front-of-house management experience is required. Parker John's BBQ & Pizza is a full-service, 7 days a week operation. We currently own and operate Five Parker John's BBQ and Pizza locations.

Compensation

Management can expect a five-day work week along with a generous compensation package including group health insurance, complimentary food & beverage, 2 weeks paid vacation plus 4 holiday paid days off, We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter. A company matching retirement plan, and the opportunity to join a quarterly bonus program abd it starts immediately after training you just have to work a full quarter. You will always have 2 Days off a week no matter what!!!


A preferred candidate would have experience in all facets of restaurant management, including, but not limited to, scheduling, running shifts, food and labor cost controls, ordering, complaint resolution, customer relations, and the ability to work the majority of the shift on their feet.
