What You'll Do
Guest Experience
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest--greet with a smile, eye contact, and confidence.
Learn our menu, games, and events so you can answer questions and make smart recommendations.
Anticipate what guests might want next and offer it--whether that's another round, a snack, or booking their next gathering.
Front Desk & Games Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations at the front desk (host desk).
Manage multiple reservation systems to seat and book guests efficiently.
Become proficient in the technical operations of our indoor golf and bowling systems so you can assist guests and troubleshoot basic issues.
Team Support & Leadership
Lead by example--show up on time, jump in where needed, and keep energy positive.
Help train and support hosts and other front-of-house team members on guest service standards.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth.
Food, Beverage & Events
Support restaurant and bar operations during high-demand periods to ensure guests are taken care of quickly.
Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with special events, parties, and corporate gatherings--from set-up and guest welcome to wrap-up.
Help upsell events and future bookings by confidently talking about our space as a great spot for birthdays, team outings, and celebrations.
Operations & Basics
Follow opening and closing checklists and complete tasks without needing reminders.
Oversee inventory for front desk supplies, menus, and promotional materials to keep everything stocked and ready.
Help ensure the venue meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We're Looking For
We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a perfect resume.
Must-haves:
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility for your area.
Friendly, people-oriented, and able to stay calm and kind under pressure.
Willing to learn our systems, processes, and standards--and follow them.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and longer shifts when needed.
Comfortable upselling and talking to guests about food, drinks, games, and future events.
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
1+years working in customer service or hospitality (restaurant, bar, retail, entertainment, etc.).
Experience with any Point of Sale (POS) system.
Familiarity with reservation systems or event booking.
Interest in golf, bowling, or group entertainment experiences.

Physical Demands
Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with arms and hands; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches; talks or hears.
Occasionally sits, climbs, or balances.
Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions when our patio is open.
Noise level is moderate to high.
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
