Exploration Place is seeking a talented, energetic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help with expanded food operations at an exciting time of growth for the organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to help shape a vibrant, guest-focused environment.



The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support food and beverage operations across the whole museum. In a seven-day operation, this position will at times serve as the on-site lead to ensure smooth, high-quality service.



We are looking for someone with strong operational judgment who enjoys developing staff and takes pride in creating positive experiences for families and guests.


This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager in improving operations, managing inventory and vendors, upholding safety and compliance, and strengthening service quality.



Requirements include extensive knowledge of health and food-handling regulations, plus 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, museum, venue, or hospitality setting. Customer-service experience and team-building skills are essential. Exploration Place offers a full benefits package including health insurance, paid leave, and a 401(k).
