Job Description
Popular Williamsburg Fish Store seeks an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will run the kitchen and be responsible to manage existing appetizer items that we have and to come up with new ideas for new items.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the performance and well-being of the store.
Ensure and provide excellent customer service and be the lead point of contact
Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store
Recruit, train, and develop your team
Provide hands-on support for any and all operational tasks
Ensure a safe, positive, and productive working environment for all store employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3+ years of food managment experience
