We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Assistant Field Manager

to join our team. This role supports the operation, maintenance, and repair of our water distribution system, working both independently and with a team to ensure safe and reliable service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair components of the water distribution system, including service lines, water meters, hydrants, valves, and water main lines. Connect and disconnect water services for customers. Complete daily Blue Stake requests and ensure proper documentation. Notify customers of scheduled or emergency water service interruptions. Respond to and assess customer concerns related to high water bills, pressure issues, water quality, air in lines, and leaks. Perform routine maintenance such as dead-end flushing, leak detection, emergency Blue Stake support, and preventative maintenance on gate valves, fire hydrants, air release valves, and pressure-reducing valves.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and interpret work orders and customer reports. Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to field operations.
