Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services Conduct regular rounds to monitor care quality and address resident or staff needs Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect Assist with regulatory compliance, documentation, and administrative functions Participate in the on-call leadership rotation

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Iowa or compact state) Current CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact
