Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Maintain inventory accuracy, lead staff, enforce safety standards to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse and delivery activities for timely, accurate order fulfillment Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and driver teams; boost productivity. Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and 3PL providers. Maintain facility, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
Requirements

5+ years management experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office; solid data analysis skills. Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics best practices. Valid driver's license; ability to operate forklifts and delivery trucks (certification preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to resolve issues.
