Hello, Mini-Cassia Care Center in Burley, ID is actively looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing.

Assist the Director of Nursing with:

Active management of clinical systems Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc. Any additional functions as directed by the DON

Requirements:

Minimum associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred RN or LPN license in good standing Minimum

one year

of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience required Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner Must speak and understand English * Genuine loveconcern for the geriatric population!
