is actively seeking a motivated

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

for our community in

New Castle, PA.

Our

ADON

is an integral part of the care team that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

Key Responsibilities

Direct oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel. Guide staffing procedures. Organize and coordinate admission. Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed. Manage record-keeping procedures. Collaborate with other departments and professional to streamline operations. Report to upper management. Infection Control Staff Development

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. Ability to lead and develop personnel. Knowledge of legal regulations.
