Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing for Acute Care to join our client\'s team in Ashland, KS.

The Assistant Director of Nursing for Acute Care will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure the department is meeting organizational goals
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
- Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active nursing license in the state of Kansas
- Minimum of five years of experience in acute care
- Previous leadership experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
