The Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This position involves leading a team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. The Assistant Director works closely with the Directors and other leaders to drive business growth and uphold Chick-fil-A's values.

Assistant Director Responsibilities:

Lead and develop team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Train and develop team members in guest services, food preparation, and safety standards. Execute daily operations, ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and standards. Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Monitor Financial performance, including labor cost and inventory management, to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work well in a team environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years old
