Job Description

The Assistant Design Project Manager helps create thoughtful, consistent environments that reflect the heart of our hospitals and the pets and people we serve. Supporting the Design team, this role assists with the execution of projects through all phases, from concept and design development to construction administration, ensuring consistent implementation of design standards and that projects progress efficiently through the Real Estate and Construction pipeline.

This early-career role provides mentorship and hands-on experience, building toward a full Design Project Manager position with increased ownership of design coordination, budget awareness, and project delivery over time. As a foundational role within the Real Estate & Design organization, it is intended to grow into a full Design Project Manager position upon demonstrated performance and readiness.
