ASSISTANT DAY PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Summary:

The Assistant Day Program Manager will assist in implementing programmatic, managerial administrative leadership in a community-based day program. Assist individuals with a disability to lead a self-directed life and contribute to the community, assist with activities of a daily living, and encourage attitude and behavior that enhance community inclusion.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree, relevant management experience, experience with job development/job placement, and strong programmatic and leadership skills required.

Skills and Attributes

Energetic, organized, engaging, excellent oral and written communication skills, and fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
