D3 is a New York based branch of Diam international, an industry leader in retail displays for prestige and luxury brands. We provide merchandising solutions for all types of distribution. We develop brand projects from A to Z, including consulting, design, production, installation, and in-store services. Project research, development, and manufacturing all happen onsite with support from local and international vendors.

: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Background:

D3 LLC's Assistant Controller will work to ensure all Data Analysis, Profit and Loss reports and Business Objectives are completed expediently and accurately. Under the direction of the Controller, this role is responsible for assisting with execution and maintenance of the company's financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all BO's

Assist with oversight and execution of Profit and Loss Statements across Seven Subsidiaries

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reporting required by Controller or Company President

Multi-tasking responsibilities across Seven Subsidiaries

Oversees Accounting Activities

Experience and Skills/ Job Considerations:

Strong Excel Skills and Microsoft Office Skills.

Proficiency in QuickBooks.

Team Player - willing to take on tasks as assigned.

Flexibility to work additional hours at peak times (i.e. when monthly closing being prepared.)

Able to work independently but in conjunction with the Finance Manager.

Strong Communication and Time Management Skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
