As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include administrative support for healthcare construction management projects.


What You'll Do:


:
Work as an Assistant Construction Project Manager as part of a team on large hospital projects and independently on smaller projects Collaborate closely with the Owner, Architect and Contractor to resolve issues Perform under the supervision of a Construction Manager or Senior Engineer Provide construction management support and inspection duties on projects Be willing to travel to project sites at other hospitals operated by the County of Santa Clara

What You'll Need:


:
BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) OR Construction Management preferred 5 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred Construction Management experience TI or renovation projects, healthcare facility projects preferred Ability to work with Owner PM, Facility Staff, Architect, Contractor, and HCAI Field Staff Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project Excellent written and verbal communications skills
