We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
Assist in scheduling and payroll management
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer traffic
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
