What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

- Must be able to confidently communicate with residents, prospects, and team members in both languages Minimum 1 year of multi-family experience; prior leadership experience a plus High-energy personality with a focus on exceptional resident service Strong ability to support, motivate, and train a team on leasing and marketing strategies Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a love for fast-paced environments Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Entrata is a bonus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring new team members Support training and scheduling for office staff Help maintain high occupancy and low delinquency Utilize creative and effective marketing strategies to reach leasing goals Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative duties Deliver prompt, professional communication with residents Apply top-tier leasing and customer service techniques Foster a welcoming, community-focused environment for residents of all backgrounds
