Associa is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the community's surveillance equipment: cameras, beams and video management system, the common area landscaping and all common area facilities. The individual will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all community facilities and equipment, such as, but not limited to security equipment, common area landscaping, streets and drains, lakes, gate houses, signage and perimeter walls. They are responsible for administering all preventative and on-going maintenance. They will support the Director of Community Management (DCM) with oversight of renovation projects, infrastructure upgrades and initiatives to ensure the safety of the community, its residents, guests, team members and facilities.
