What You'll Do:
Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property
Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
Support and supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism
Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Previous property management or customer service experience a plus (training provided)
Schedule:
