Assistant Clinical Director - Tree of Life Counseling Center

Pay: $45-$65 per hour, DOE | Approximately 30 hours weekly | Generous PTO + CEU reimbursement

Tree of Life Counseling Center is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director to support and help develop our team of clinicians. This role is for a licensed therapist who wants to play a meaningful part in strengthening outcomes, supporting newer clinicians, and contributing to the culture and direction of a growing clinical team. It's a good fit for someone with previous leadership experience as well as for a strong therapist who's ready to step into leadership for the first time.

We focus on outcomes and on the therapist-client relationship as the foundation of healing. The Assistant Clinical Director helps clinicians grow in both areas -- through supervision, consultation, training support, and day-to-day guidance. You'll help shape the culture of the Counseling Center, collaborate on clinician development, and play a key role in helping the team continue to deliver high-quality, relational, trauma-informed care.

The position includes a 12-15 client caseload, along with clinical supervision, case consultation, chart review support, and contributing to ongoing trainings and professional development. You'll work with Counseling Center leadership, and aside from occasional Flash coordination, you won't have responsibilities with the Children's Center.

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a calm, steady schedule, generous paid time off, generous CEU reimbursement, and pay between $45 and $65 per hour depending on experience and supervision background.
