Key Responsibilities



Develop treatment plans that are individualized and engaging. Supervise RBTs with clear guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Collaborate with families to align goals and monitor outcomes. Deliver therapy grounded in research and compassionate care. Contribute to clinic culture by modeling professionalism and empathy.

Requirements



Current BCBA certification. Proven ability to design and oversee treatment programs. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications



Leadership experience within an ABA or clinical environment. Comfort working with advisory teams and contributing to clinical strategy.
