Assistant Cheer, Stunting, and Tumbling Coach

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a safe training environment physically and emotionally Being USASF certified Having knowledge of all levels of competitive cheer Lifting and spotting cheerleaders, tumblers, and students at all levels up to full Working with Team Coaching Staff in a team coaching style Lesson planning and executing workouts for all levels of cheer Collaborating on daily, monthly, and semester event rotations Designing lesson plans for Pre-Team athletes and Recreational students that help with skill acquisition and progression to team Training Pre-Team and Recreational coaching staff Having an abundance of knowledge on cheer stunt safety and stunt building Communicating with parents verbally and in writing Attending and participating in Team Coaching Staff meetings Attending and participating in Manager/Director meetings Traveling to and coaching at competitions Documenting evaluation tests for all, rec, pre-team and team Giving input on program development and athlete training Helping to make decisions that positively impact the business Upholding the team Mission, Vision, & Unifying Principles'
